Information security guideline
Information is a valuable asset to ProWords and should be properly used and protected against threats and risks. The implementation of policies and procedures aimed at ensuring information security is the company’s priority and one of its main goals. Each year we review this guideline in order to reduce the risks of failure, damage and/or losses that may compromise the security of our translation projects and processes.
Non-disclosure agreement
Our team of employees and service providers undertake, by means of the Non-disclosure agreement, a commitment to confidentiality of used information, through formal and informal communication media, before the assignment of any work or partnership. They understand that any document and/or information used by our company is/are subject to the provisions of this agreement, which restrains any kind of disclosure by means of requests we receive.
ProWords code of conduct
We are committed to handle our business in compliance with international laws, rules and regulations and the highest standards of business ethics. Our Code of Conduct mainly aims at guiding not only corporate decisions, but also the daily behavior of each of our employees.

Health, safety and evironment policy - HSE
We believe health and safety are as important as respect for the environment. We undertake to seek better working conditions regarding health and safety of our employees.
We periodically promote internal actions to explore sustainability issues and educate our employees on potential solutions related to respect for the environment.
